Does it serve pick up to the hotel?

We only serve pickups around Mount Batur, the tour price listed does not include pick up at hotels outside the Mount Batur area, for pick up you can contact us.

If I have paid the deposit, can I cancel the order?

If there is an important reason you may cancel the order, we will refund the deposit that you have paid 100% with a cancellation time of no later than 12 hours before the tour starts. If there is no cancellation before 12 hours, we consider the tour to be running according to order and we will prepare all tour needs according to your order.
